Abstract

This report outlines key action areas for Southeast Asia as highlighted by a cross-section of stakeholders from across the region at an Expert Group Meeting organised by the RSIS Centre for Non-Traditional Security (NTS) Studies in June 2013. Among the points emphasised are the importance of downscaling climate projections to national and local levels, and the need to build resilient supply and value chains.
