The RSIS HADR Programme, NTS Centre, held a public panel discussion and exhibition on 18 August, 2016, the eve of World Humanitarian Day. The public panel included Janet Lim, former UNHCR Assistant High Commissioner for Operations; Xavier Castellanos, Regional Director, Asia-Pacific, IFRC; and Egan Hwan, Communications and Media Manager, Save the Children Asia. The exhibition included stalls hosted by BAPA, Earth Observatory of Singapore, International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Mercy Relief, Save the Children, Singapore Red Cross, UNHCR, and World Vision.
