SUMMARY:BIPSS will be holding a three day national workshop on “Countering Violent Extremism (CVE): Building Resilience and Capacity”
DESCRIPTION:Jointly organized by Bangladesh Institute of Peace and Security Studies (BIPSS) and Bangladesh Centre for Terrorism Research (BCTR) – a specialised centre of BIPSS\, committed to study\, research\, and collect data on terrorism\, radicalisation and extremism\, with the intention of reducing the threat of terrorism and minimizing its impact on society. The event will unify the diverse voices of some of the leading thinkers\, speakers\, innovators\, educators and leaders from within the country and beyond. It will also have\nkeynote speakers drawn from Bangladesh and the wider region\, who will be focusing on significant CVE issues. \n
